Conference-Forum "Education in Times of Uncertainty"
Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, president of the Fidal Foundation Advisory Council, visited the city of Machala on October 10 and 11, 2017. During her stay, she made a media tour in the Diario El Correo, Nacional, La Opinion and Orovisión, in the who spoke about the foundation's projects and promoted the Educational Excellence Contest, whose call closes on December 10, 2017. The Contest summons all teachers who wish to become the best teacher in the country and in Latin America through the presentation of the projects that are being developed in the classrooms.
In the House of Culture, he launched the Rosa Carmín Poem with the presence of the authorities, teachers and students of the Private Bilingual Educational Unit "Principito & Marcel Laniado de Wind".
In the Educational Unit, he was present at the Conference-Forum "Education in Times of Uncertainty" after which he signed copies of the book Rosa Carmín in the institution's library.
