The winning teachers of the Seventh National Competition for Educational Excellence traveled to Israel, with all expenses paid, as part of the award received in 2015. In addition to the Nôus statuette and the trip, they received a course in the Middle Country. East.

Alexandra Baño, traveled to Israel as a representative of the Centro de Formación Ciudadana de Tungurahua (CFCT), an institution that was awarded one of the awards for Educational Excellence last year.

Also, Carla Reinoso, who represented the William Shakespeare Educational Unit, with the project of "Educational inclusion of students with special educational needs through curricular adaptations through the ordinary education system."

Both teachers were from June 14 to July 5, 2016 in Israel and attended the Integration Course for Marginalized Youth, given at the International Institute for Leadership.

They, in addition to seeing closely high-level educational models in Israeli institutions, also managed to discover and repower their skills as teachers, thanks to the exchange with educators from other countries and the classes given in the course.

Fidal wants to thank the Embassy of Israel in Ecuador for allowing Latin American teachers to have access to this type of enriching experiences that promote educational quality.
