Fundación FIDAL and UNESCO Quito sign an inter-institutional cooperation agreement
On Wednesday, December 12, 2018, the FIDAL Foundation strengthened a working relationship with Unesco Quito, with the purpose of establishing cooperation mechanisms that make it possible to carry out activities on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
With this agreement, which will last two years, the institutions agreed on mutual support and coordination for the execution of activities aimed at promoting quality education, gender equality, climate action, leadership and democracy promotion, strengthening the ODS 4,5,8,11 and 13.
Claudia Arteaga Serrano, executive director of the FIDAL Foundation, and Saadia Sánchez Vegas, director of UNESCO Quito, were the ones who signed the agreement, accompanied by Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, executive president of FIDAL and former president of Ecuador, as an honorable witness.
