Ecuadorian writer, a native of Guayaquil. Lawyer, graduate in Political and Social Sciences and Doctor of Jurisprudence. He has studied Cultural Cooperation. He has been a university professor and has collaborated with the main local and foreign newspapers and publications. With national and international awards, his works have been compiled in important literary anthologies and disseminated through various printed and digital publications.

Some of his poems have been set to music and part of his work has been translated into German, French and Portuguese. He is an ambassador of the Association of Poets of the World, representative of the Abrace cultural movement in Quito and a member of the Latin American Parliament of Nations.
