Drafting Fidal

The second module of the 2016 edition starts today from 4:00 p.m. Once again, the fifty young leaders will meet in the Los Chillos Valley, in Quito.

During this weekend, from May 13 to 15, they will receive talks and workshops on leadership, communication and management of decentralized governments. As is customary in all modules of the Leadership School, renowned figures from different fields will share their experiences with the participants.

Among the guests for this meeting will be Guido Carranza, businessman from Portoviejo and Marcos Zambrano, advisor to the Mayor of Calceta; both to talk about the situation in Manabí. There will also be characters from culture and literature such as the plastic artist Sara Palacios and the writers Rafael Lugo, Soledad Córdova and Manuel Felipe Álvarez.

In addition, we will be accompanied by the former mayor of Cotocachi, Auki Tituaña. To end the long day, topics such as leadership skills in teamwork and project generation will be discussed. Without a doubt, a weekend full of new challenges and unforgettable experiences ..
