Leadership, teamwork and entrepreneurship
Quito, July 25, 2016
The scholars of the Leadership School of the Training Center for the Future had a different weekend, during the fifth module of 2016 they listened to topics related to entrepreneurship and got to know the emblematic area of Quito.
During this fifth module, the young participants attended the trainings that gave them knowledge about the strengths of private companies in the country, business ideas, tools to generate new companies, among other topics.
Among the seminarians were Jairon Merchán (IKKA), Sebastián Flores (Speaker), Rodolfo Asar (journalist), Nelson Robelly (Fidal), representative of CRISFE, Alex Cárdenas (Entrepreneurship Loja), Lenin Bustamante (Crisfe), Ma. Eugenia Donoso ( Plus Trends), César Díaz (INEN), Gloria del Alcázar (geographer), Ma. Eileen Delgadillo and ICF Coaches, Verónica Carrión (Yachay EP), Eduardo López (Sertecpet) and José Agusto Briones (Fidal).
After two days in the Los Chillos Valley, on Friday and Saturday, the young people participated in a team game that had two intentions: to improve their leadership skills and to get to know the iconic places of the old town.
The game consisted of looking for the squares, monuments and buildings that are an important part of the history, myths and legends of Quito, and answering specific questions about each place or looking for an object. The first group to complete all the challenges and reach the last point was the winner. The final verdict will be released in the last module, scheduled for September 30.
Many of the CFF participants came from different provinces of Ecuador, they were in this area for the first time and discovered a face of the capital that they did not know. At the end, they had a typical dish for lunch in the Plaza Chica and said goodbye to go to their respective cities.
