This April 25 will be awarded to the best Ecuadorian project and the best Ibero-American who participate in the X National Contest of Educational Excellence.

Quito, April 17, 2018.- Starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Simón Bolívar Pavilion of the Quito Exhibition Center, the Award Ceremony of this contest that is celebrating its tenth year will take place.

The winning teachers will receive trips abroad and $ 15,000, collectively, as an incentive to efforts and ideas to transform education through their projects.

Likewise, this gala will recognize the trajectory and contribution to the education of Rosa Amelia Alvarado Roca (Ecuador), Ernesto Kahan (Israel) and the teacher Noelia Garella, and Rubén Darío Álvarez and Isabel Robalino for their life trajectory.

The projects will be evaluated by a strict national and international jury, who will meet with the master authors of each project, and then deliberate and choose the best proposal.

The objective of the contest is to generate a qualitative improvement in education through recognition of the design, development and evaluation of educational projects: pedagogical, curricular or didactic innovations; research, publications and other activities, involving the effort, perseverance and ability of teachers.
