He has developed in the field of institutional communication and journalism. He has managed the Public Relations departments of several companies nationwide. During the nineties he participated in the national political sphere and directed some campaigns. He has also been a columnist for print media such as El Tiempo and La Otra Magazine.

She has a degree in Business Communication and a master's degree in Organizational Communication. She is currently the executive director of Fundación Fidal, general manager of the company AS Producciones, and a professor at the Faculty of Communication, Linguistics and Literature of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
