2019, the opportunity to be a leader

.

A new year begins and it is a new opportunity to fulfill goals and dreams. At FIDAL we have several objectives year after year, one of them, to continue working for democracy and the new generations through the Training Center for the Future (CFF).

.

Every year this program offers scholarships to young people between 18 and 35 years old in the Leadership School, in which, during six months of arduous preparation, the chosen young Ecuadorians graduate as the new leaders of the country.

The call for the 2019 edition is now open. Until February 28, interested young people can register on the website www.cff.fidal-amlat.org and follow the detailed steps to enter the process of selecting scholarship recipients that will make up the fifth class of the CFF.

The Leadership School is a project that seeks to promote capacity building and training development of young Ecuadorian leaders through talks, workshops, courses, guided visits, etc., all framed within the axis of ethical and democratic values, entrepreneurship and projects to act as catalysts of change for their communities and, therefore, for the country.

The last class of the Leadership School, graduated on October 28, 2018, was made up of 52 young people, who from their spaces generate significant changes in society.
