It seeks to create spaces for dialogue around climate change and the role of different sectors in it. Also generate synergies between local agents and the global environmental agenda. It recognizes that it is essential to identify opportunities for collaboration between local authorities, communicators and scientists in the dissemination of information to citizens on climate change and the environment. On the other hand, it manages to establish a local citizen agenda to mitigate climate change.
