"Alliances that inspire": FIDAL and Fundación Repsol Ecuador

The Ecuadorian Consortium for Social Responsibility (CERES) organized the discussion "Alliances that inspire", in which companies and organizations exposed how joint work has produced results in social projects.

Rosalía Arteaga, executive president of FIDAL, explained about “Yasuní: leadership school”, a training program for Waorani and Kichwa youth, which was carried out for two years thanks to the alliance with Fundación Repsol Ecuador (FRE).

“In this project there were challenges and opportunities. We made a group of alliances that allowed us to be successful in our mission ”, stated Arteaga, who also highlighted the commitment of the FIDAL and FRE team in the training of indigenous youth living in the Amazon.
Likewise, Ramiro Páez, president of FRE, intervened, who mentioned that these types of programs carried out with FIDAL are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as quality education, work and gender equality.

Representatives of HIAS, Banco Pichincha, Plan Internacional Ecuador and Fondo Por Todos also participated in “Alliances that inspire”.
