The third module of the Training Center for the Future was completed with great success
.
Entrepreneurship and teamwork was the central theme of the third module of the Training Center for the Future, which took place from Friday, July 27 to Sunday, July 29.
.
The scholarship recipients who are part of this FIDAL Foundation program received a series of talks that contribute to their ongoing training as leaders in different areas of the country. For this, the module began with a talk on the importance of individual and professional ethics, given by Dr. Juan Morales.

As it was an Entrepreneurship module, the young people had direct contact with the experiences of several prominent personalities in the field: on Friday they met with Javier Diaz, president of the Ecuadorian Textile Industries Association (AITE); on Saturday they received a talk on business ethics with the general manager of Café Minerva, Ricardo Vásquez, and David Astudillo, CEO of Robotic Minds, told them how he started his robotics business.

To strengthen the Teamwork competence, the consultant Andrea Pazmiño, together with the coach Eileen Delgadillo and a group of specialized trainers, carried out a series of activities that enhanced their abilities to manage groups.
In addition, Natalia Armijos, member of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI); Gina Oleas, head of Repsol's Social Responsibility, and Remigio Rivera, head of Community Relations of the same entity.

On Saturday night, as is customary for each module, the young leaders held the Debate Tournament, which on this occasion addressed the issue of migration.

To close the day, on Sunday the scholarship recipients received training on the correct use of language with the academic Francisco Delgado Santos.
